Booths built like sets, not pulled from kits. We design and fabricate custom exhibits from our Vancouver shop.
Approach
Built like sets
Custom exhibits, fabricated with 20+ years of film & TV craft.
We design and build custom trade show booths from our Vancouver shop. Conferences, expos, industry events.
The same shop has been fabricating scenic for film and TV for 20 years, and that craft now goes into the booth floor. If the booth needs to stop people, support demos, host meetings, or look like part of the campaign in photos, TFF builds it from scratch.
For a simple backdrop or modular wall, we rent a reusable wall flat system the shop developed in-house. See our reusable wall flat rentals. Custom builds, modular flats, or a mix. Same shop, same craft. We fabricate in Vancouver and can ship or install across Canada and beyond when the build calls for it.
What you get
We start with the floorplan, brand assets, timeline, and budget. From there we plan how people enter, where demos happen, where staff have conversations, and where the unglamorous stuff goes: signage, storage, venue compliance.

Built in our Vancouver shop, the same shop that fabricates scenic for film and TV. People who actually know materials, finishes, lighting, and AV are the ones putting it together. The booth should feel unmistakably yours, not a rented frame with someone else's logo on it.

We install, support on-site, dismantle, and store between shows. If the booth has to travel or change up for the next event, we plan for that before it leaves the shop.

Your options
Modular flats make sense when you need something fast, clean, and predictable. Our reusable wall flat rentals cover exactly that. Custom makes sense when the shape of the booth matters: how people move through it, what they touch, what they remember after walking away.
A custom booth can be a meeting spot, a demo counter, a hospitality area, a photo wall, or a full branded room. The booth does something specific. Real materials, custom millwork, lighting integrated into the design, finishes that match the campaign instead of fighting it.
We bring 20+ years of film and TV set-building to the booth floor. Practical planning, solid construction, careful finishes, install plans that don't depend on wishful thinking. From Hollywood to the boardroom, it's the same craft. If modular flats are the better fit for your footprint or timeline, we'll say so. We supply them too.
Process
01
We review the show, floorplan, brand assets, working requirements, timeline, and budget. The concept starts from the actual constraints, not around them.
02
We develop the booth direction, confirm materials and finishes, and give you clear review points before fabrication starts.
03
Once approved, the booth gets built in our Vancouver shop. Carpentry, finishes, graphics, lighting, and AV happen in parallel where the schedule calls for it.
04
At the venue, our crew installs the booth, works within venue rules, supports the show when needed, and dismantles after.
