Description
Our Seamless Walls are designed for applications where a perfectly smooth, uninterrupted surface is required. Each wall flat features a 1" recessed channel along the edges, allowing the seams to be finished with tape and joint compound in the same way as traditional drywall. This creates the appearance of a continuous wall once completed.
The flats are assembled using our Wedge Wall system, after which the seams are taped and filled. As with standard drywall finishing, drying time and light sanding are required before the walls can be painted to their final colour.
When it’s time to strike the set, the process is just as efficient. The fibre tape is removed, the seams are released, and the flats are easily separated for reuse. We offer wall options with integrated windows and doors, as well as inside and outside corners. Because the system is modular, we can fabricate seamless wall sets in virtually any shape or size.
