Description
Our single-sided wall flats are engineered for strength, efficiency, and repeated use, while remaining easy to understand and work with. Each flat is built using our custom-designed aluminum studs paired with 3/8" paper-faced plywood. The plywood is both glued and screwed to the aluminum framing, ensuring strong, long-lasting adhesion and a rigid surface.
The top and bottom plates are formed from aluminum channel, designed to accept internal stiffening rails that add structural rigidity while remaining completely hidden from view. Aluminum construction keeps the walls lightweight, making them easy to handle, transport, and install, while also ensuring durability for long-term reuse—an important factor in keeping overall costs down.
